Carlyle-Backed ZeroChaos Names New CEO


ZeroChaos, a global provider of workforce management solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Jim Burke as Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of the company's growth under the ownership of The Carlyle Group. Mr. Burke will also join the ZeroChaos Board. Gordon Coburn, ZeroChaos' Executive Chairman and Acting CEO, will serve as Chairman of the Board for ZeroChaos, continuing as a key strategic advisor to the company. These appointments are effective immediately.

Mr. Burke comes to ZeroChaos with strong executive experience leading technology-enabled services companies, most recently serving as CEO of Advanced Discovery, an eDiscovery firm. Prior to Advanced Discovery, Mr. Burke was CEO of vRad, a telemedicine company focused on patient imaging, and CEO of Global Compliance, a provider of ethics and compliance software and services. He was previously president of Global Information Services at Dun & Bradstreet (News - Alert), and served as a Marine Corps Officer for eight years before starting his business career.

Under Mr. Burke's direction, ZeroChaos will continue its leadership as a vendor-neutral MSP/VMS that enables customers to obtain higher-quality talent more quickly and at a lower cost. ZeroChaos will remain focused on acting as a strategic partner and delivering best-in-class workforce management services to its customers, supported b functionally rich technology and advanced analytics.
