EvoText will be included in the June 2018 issue of INC. magazine and is part of a prominent inc.com feature. The award is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies who have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits. Out of thousands of applicants, Inc. singled out just under 300 winning companies. EvoText was one of only 15 companies to be spotlighted in the feature story.

Built in partnership with employee engagement and work culture experts Quantum (News - Alert) Workplace of Omaha, NE, Inc.'s Best Workplaces list is a magnifying glass on how innovative companies can truly raise the bar in hiring and retaining the best talent.

What does it take to become a company that workers want to be part of? Inc. magazine says it's more than good pay and good perks - it's also about having a clear purpose, a sense of humor, and leadership that makes them all work together.

"Being named one of Inc. magazine's Best Workplaces for 2018 is a tremendous honor," said Johanna Wetmore, CEO and Co-founder of EvoText. "We have worked hard to recruit and retain the best talent by providing outstanding benefits and also a culture of trust and equity. Bottom line, if you pick the right people, treat them with respect, and leave them to their own devices, they are going to do what they need to do to get the job done, and get it done well."

This award is not the first that EvoText and its subsidiary, Ogment LLC, have won over the past few years. Last year, EvoText was named by The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a winner of the When Work Works Award-placing in the Top 15 companies. Ogment's Product Team was recognized as Product Team of the Year in 2017 by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), and SIIA also named Johanna Wetmore Startup CEO of the Year in January 2018. In addition, Ogment has won dozens of educational technology industry awards, including two SIIA CODiE Awards for Best Cross Curricular Solution and an American Association of Publishers (AAP) Revere Award for Most Innovative Supplemental Education Resource.
