As an associate in Wolf Greenfield's Trademark and Copyright Group, Licursi focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and litigation, including representing clients in federal courts across the country and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She advises clients and international associates on branding strategies and understanding the business and legal risks associated with the adoption, use and registration of trademarks.

Licursi manages complex international disputes, negotiates settlement agreements, handles global policing and enforcement efforts, including targeted cease and desist campaigns as well as global enforcement efforts through customs. She also handles copyright issues, domain name portfolio management and related disputes, as well as social media and Internet matters.

Licursi is deeply involved in the startup community in the Boston area and currently sits on the MIT (News - Alert) Enterprise Forum of Cambridge (MITEF) Board of Directors, which drives the strategic vision of the organization. She also serves as co-chair of MITEF's Innovation Series, where she is responsible for developing the organization's thought leadership programs.

Licursi received a J.D. from Northeastern University (News - Alert) School of Law, a master's degree in public health from Tufts University School of Medicine, and a B.A. from Colgate University. She is actively involved in the Boston Bar Association as co-chair of the IP litigation section and in the Boston Patent Law Association as trademark committee chair.
