Bolton & Company's Construction Practice Announces Strategic Hires and Promotions to Support Continued GrowthFollowing several years of business growth focused in the construction industry, Bolton & Company has announced several strategic hires and promotions to further develop and strengthen the capabilities of its Construction Practice Group. The construction-focused arm of one of the nation's largest privately owned insurance brokers has made a dedicated focus toward scaling the practice to address the future needs of the local industry. Bolton announced the promotion of Kim Sautter-Ramos to Associate Vice President, Construction Practice Group Leader, and she will focus on maintaining construction market relationships and large risk management and captive clients. Jane Medel has been named Construction Practice Group Managr and she will focus on leading the team and project management for the department. Tony Reed has joined Bolton as Construction Risk Manager, and he will focus on loss prevention and risk management for Bolton's construction industry clientele and work to reduce their risk of workplace injuries through safety training. In addition, David Tom has joined the practice group as an analyst, David Kuo as a client manager and Alisa Lopez as an associate client manager.
