Brandon Nett Joins Andersen Tax in Seattle as Commercial Managing Director


Andersen Tax welcomes Brandon Nett as a Managing Director in the Seattle office and will join the firm's Commercial Practice group. Brandon has extensive experience in consulting with clients on accounting for income taxes and other domestic and foreign tax matters. He has specific experience in mergers and acquisitions and has specialized tax experience in the technology, healthcare and mining industries.

"Brandon's background in the technology and healthcare sectors will be a great asset to our firm, and his wealth of experience in all areas of the field such as acquisition structuring and consuling, cross-border transactions, and corporate spin-offs, will help us better compete in the market," said Lance Lamprecht, Office Managing Director of the Seattle office. "I look forward to working with Brandon in our continued build-out of our Pacific Northwest Commercial Practice."



Prior to Andersen Tax, Brandon was a Tax Partner at Grant Thornton (News - Alert) in Seattle and led their West Region M&A tax services practice. Before Grant Thornton, he worked at PwC in Phoenix.

Brandon received his Master of Taxation from Arizona State University and his Bachelor's degree from University of Washington.
