Appointed by President Obama and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in February 2011, Ms. O'Sullivan served until January 2017 as the Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence (PDDNI), the second highest intelligence position in the country. As PDDNI, she led efforts across the Intelligence Community to integrate disparate information technology environments and improve the research, development, and deployment of advanced collection systems.

"We are extremely honored to welcome Stephanie as a member of our Advisory Board," sad Stu Shea, Peraton president and CEO. "Stephanie is the consummate intelligence professional, leader, mentor, and technologist. Peraton will benefit greatly from her unique perspective and her deep understanding of intelligence needs, and help us position our technology solutions to advance our customers' missions."

From December 2009 to February 2011, she served as the Associate Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (ADD/CIA). There she helped to oversee the day-to-day management of the Agency. Prior to her role as ADD/CIA, O'Sullivan led the CIA's Directorate of Science and Technology (DS&T) which is responsible for the development and deployment of technologies that support the Agency's mission of intelligence collection and analysis.

Earlier O'Sullivan served in a variety of leadership roles within the DS&T where she was focused on systems acquisition, and research and development. Before joining the CIA, she worked for the Office of Naval Intelligence and TRW, which is now part of Northrop Grumman (News - Alert).

O'Sullivan earned a B.S. in civil engineering from the Missouri University of Science & Technology. She was presented with the George Washington Spymaster Award by the Director of National Intelligence in December 2016.

Comprised of a group of proven government and industry technology experts, Peraton formed its Advisory Board in November 2017 to advise the company on its strategic direction. To learn more about Peraton, visit: www.peraton.com.
