Oracle Applications Users Group Relaunches Analytics, BI and Big Data Special Interest GroupThe Oracle (News - Alert) Applications Users Group (OAUG), an independent, global, member-led organization that maximizes customers' investment in Oracle and partner solutions, relaunches its Analytics, BI and Big Data Special Interest Group (SIG). The new SIG was reestablished through the merger of two long-standing SIGs, the BI-Big Data and Endeca SIGs, to increase the organization's focus on Oracle Enterprise Analytics Technologies. The Analytics, BI and Big Data SIG's purpose is to provide education on current and future functionality of all Oracle on-premises and cloud Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI) and Big Data products; to provide a unified voice to Oracle Corporation on behalf of Oracle Enterprise Analytics Technologies customers; and to create networking opportunities for participants to meet, interact and develop relationships with Oracle Corporation, Oracle partners and peers. The SIG's next meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, from 1:15-2:15 p.m. (Session ID: 10299) at the COLLABORATE 18: Technology and Applications Forum for the Oracle Community - OAUG Forum held April 22-26, 2018, at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. More than 50 OAUG SIGs provide educational and networking opportunities for participants sharing a common industry or common interest related to specific Oracle Applications products.
