Additions to Executive Team Reinforce Vertiv Growth Agenda
Vertiv, formerly Emerson (News - Alert) Network Power, today announced multiple
additions to its executive team as it accelerates into its second year
as a private company. The new appointments fortify the business for
anticipated growth in 2018 as Vertiv continues to reposition itself in
its key markets and organize around its core tenets: customer focus,
innovation, employee development, and speed.

Heading into its second year of independence after separating from
former parent company Emerson, Vertiv and the leadership team are
focused on enhancing customer relationships, streamlining
information-sharing internally, and shortening innovation cycles across
the company. The leadership team also continues to evaluate all aspects
of the business, including the Vertiv portfolio of products and
services, the markets it serves, and its global footprint and operations.
The full executive team reporting to CEO Rob Johnson now includes:

Giordano
Albertazzi, president, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Albertazzi has spent nearly 20 years in ascending roles across the
Emerson Network Power (News - Alert) and Vertiv organizations, at various times
assuming responsibility for plant management as well as services and
sales for EMEA.

Frank
Bibens, president, global services. Bibens has been in this role
since 2011. He joined the organization in 2006 following a 28-year
career with GE and is responsible for the Vertiv services team.

Andrew
Cole, chief organizational design and human resources officer.
Over the past 20 years, Cole has led organizational development
programs, corporate talent strategy, leadership development, and
change management for multiple global companies and holds all of those
responsibilities with Vertiv.

David
Fallon, chief financial officer. Fallon brings more than 25 years
of experience in financial management with global companie to his
current role managing the Vertiv financial portfolio. He most recently
served as chief financial officer at Clarcor, Inc.

Victor
Fetter, chief digital officer. Fetter has more than 25 years of
experience in using technology to strategically grow global
businesses, and at Vertiv is responsible for continuing the
transformation of the customer's digital experience as well as the use
of technology for operational excellence.

Colin
Flannery, worldwide general counsel. A 20-year veteran of
corporate law, Flannery most recently served as worldwide general
counsel of Sensus, a multinational smart grid technology corporation.
He leads the Vertiv legal team.

Jason
Forcier, executive vice president, infrastructure and solutions.
Forcier is responsible for large infrastructure products and
solutions. He joined Vertiv in 2017 after eight years with A123
Systems, the last four as CEO.

Hewitt, president, the Americas. Hewitt is responsible for Vertiv
activities in the U.S., Canada and Latin America, including Mexico.
Before joining Vertiv, Hewitt held various leadership roles with
technology companies in the U.S. and abroad.

Pat
Johnson, executive vice president, integrated rack systems.
Johnson, a veteran of 20 years in the data center business, joined
Vertiv in 2017 and today oversees the integrated rack systems
portfolio. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of
strategic initiatives for Artesyn Embedded Technologies.

Stephen
Liang, president, Asia-Pacific. Liang started with Emerson in 1994
and has been in his current role since 2009. He leads Vertiv
activities in Greater China, Greater India and Asia.

Tarek
Maguid, chief operations officer. Maguid is responsible for global
operations, supply chain, and shared services. He most recently held
the same position with BWAY Corporation.

Gary
Niederpruem, chief strategy and development officer. Niederpruem,
a 20-year veteran of the organization, is responsible for leading the
Vertiv strategy, corporate development and marketing functions.

Angelica
Smallwood, chief of staff. Smallwood
is responsible for coordinating and executing enterprise-wide
initiatives. She most recently worked on mergers and acquisitions at
Nationwide Insurance.

Vertiv and the leadership team kicked off 2018 with a pair of
significant acquisitions. Vertiv announced the purchase of Energy Labs,
a global manufacturer of air handling solutions, and Geist, a global
manufacturer of Rack Power Distribution Units, in January.
