HD View 360, Inc. Statement Regarding Recent Stock PromotionMIAMI, February 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- HD View 360, Inc. (OTCQB: HDVW) (the Company) on February 15, 2018, became aware of a third party stock promotion of HDVW stock. It is the Company's understanding that this promotion was in the form of an "email blast." This promotion appears to have been sent out two days only - February 14, 2018 and February 7, 2018. The principal effects from this promotion appear to have been a dramatic spike in the volume of shares traded from an approximate average below 10,000 shares a day to over 500,000 shares on those two dates. The price, which had hovered around $0.35 per share spiked to a high of $1.99 per share on February 7, 2018, and $1.18 per share on February 14, 2018. The Company had no knowledge of nor involvement with, this promotion. Dennis Mancino, the Company's sole officer, director and controlling shareholder confirms that neither he nor any third party service providers were neither directly nor indirectly involved in any way with the creation or distribution of these promotional materials related to the Company and its securities. Further, Mr. Mancino confirms that neither he nor any third party service providers have purchased nor sold any of the Company's securities within the last 90 days. The Company has not ever engaged any third party service provider to provide investor relations services, public relations services, marketing, or other related services including the promotion of the Company or its securities. The Company has not issued any shares of common stock nor any convertible securities since it completed its equity line of credit which Form S-1 was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 21, 2017. Those shares were issued within one week of the effectiveness date. The Company found no statements in the promotional material regarding the Company specifically to be materially false and/or misleading.
