This scholarship will grant financial support to two passionate individuals by awarding a $2,500 scholarship towards their pursuit of a STEM career. The applicants must submit a one page essay answering the following: "STEM is a constantly changing field with frequent advances. What are you most looking forward to about working in a STEM career? As a future STEM leader, how would you hope push the envelope in your field?" The students who best answers the question will be declared the recipients of the 2018 Collabera STEM Scholarship. "STEM careers are critical for continued innovation and creativity in all sectors of business. Of course, pursuing a degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics can be challenging in many ways. Collabera is eager to help students so that they worry less about the financial challenges, and focus more on becoming a great STEM innovator. Supporting deservin students can have a massive impact on the future, and is exactly why we have decided to offer our STEM scholarship for the second year in a row. The scholarships will be awarded to first-year students who are planning on attending an accredited, public or private, two-year or four-year College or University, in the United States, on a full time basis in the fall semester of 2018. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and plans to pursue a degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
