Ultimate Software Named to Fortune's 2018 Best Workplaces for Giving Back ListUltimate Software (Nasdaq: ULTI), a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today that the company has been ranked #16 on the 2018 Best Workplaces for Giving Back list, created by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work. Rankings for this year's list considered survey feedback from more than 385,000 employees in organizations across the United States. The Trust Index© survey evaluated more than 50 elements of an employee's experience on the job, including pride in the organization's community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling that their work has special meaning. The ranking also accounted for how women, people of color, Baby Boomers, and LGBT individuals experience giving in the workplace.
