Youtap appoints Singapore based Ray Ferguson as Chairman of its Board of the DirectorsSINGAPORE, Feb. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Youtap Limited announces the appointment of Ray Ferguson as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective from January 2nd 2018. Ray Ferguson is replacing Rod Olsen who has served as the company's Chairman since its formation. Also based in Singapore, Mr Ferguson has a wealth of experience in the finance sector in Asia and the Middle East. He spent almost 20 years in senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank including CEO in Taiwan, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, the Americas and Singapore. He was also Group Chief Banking Officer at Arab Banking Corporation in Bahrain. Mr Ferguson is currently Chairman of Singapore Life and the Founding Partner of Caber Partners a Singapore based fund manager and advisory firm that focuses exclusively on the intersection of finance and technology. Caber Partners, invests and advises innovative companies seeking to disrupt the financial industry and make an impact at a global level. Mr Ferguson's appointment to the Youtap Board has been designed as part of the next phase of growth for Youtap.
