Oakley started with Lancaster Pollard as an associate in 2014 and has been a vice president with the firm since 2017. He will be based in the firm's Atlanta office. "Kevin has a keen understanding of the seniors housing and health care sectors and has been a valuable contributor to the firm's success since joining in 2014," said Gerald Swiacki, senior vice president and southeast regional manager at Lancaster Pollard.
