School Choice Reception Will Highlight Educational OpportunityThose interested in learning about what expanded parental choice in education would mean in Rhode Island are invited to a school choice reception hosted by Rhode Island Families for School Choice. The reception will begin at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24 at Providence Hebrew Day School. Jonathan Butcher, education director of the Goldwater Institute, will speak at the event. This event is planned to coincide with the history-making celebration of National School Choice Week 2018, which will feature more than 32,000 school choice events across all 50 states.
