With over a decade of experience in business development and integrated marking, Cho has deep expertise in using analytics to drive sales across sectors and markets. She most recently led business development at FISH, an experiential marketing technology firm in Dallas, bridging the gap between marketing and sales by using data and analytics to target, optimize, and measure marketing programs and campaigns. Previously, Cho served in leadership roles for several organizations, including co-founding a 50-person music production company, spearheading marketing for a medical services training firm, and managing the largest client account and new business opportunities at a leading experiential marketing agency. Most recently, Esguerra served as managing director at Colle McVoy in Minneapolis, where he led and managed the marketing and new business opportunities across the firm's portfolio of agencies, including Colle McVoy, Exponent PR and 10 Thousand Design, and was responsible for client oversight for several of the agency's key accounts. Esguerra has nearly 10 years of brand management and business strategy experience, including roles at Mattel and Procter & Gamble. Prior to that, he served as a consultant at Bain & Co.
