Michael J. Vaughan, Former COO of American Dental Partners, Joins MBF Healthcare Partners as an Operating PartnerMBF Healthcare Partners ("MBF"), a leading healthcare private equity firm, today announced that Michael J. Vaughan, Former Chief Operating Officer of American Dental Partners ("ADP"), has joined MBF as an Operating Partner. Mike will work with MBF in identifying Dental Service Organization ("DSO") opportunities throughout the United States. Michael was a member of the American Dental Partners team from 2000 to 2016, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his time at ADP, Michael held various positions, including Senior Vice President / Vice President of Operations. Mr. Vaughan also spent almost 12 years at Cardinal Health where he was involved in several roles in operations and strategic initiatives. Michael began his career in sales management at the McKesson Corporation.
