Intellicheck to Participate in the Mississippi Association of Chiefs of Police 2017 Winter Conference

Intellicheck (NYSE AMERICAN: IDN), an industry leader in real time threat identification and identification authentication technology solutions, today announced it will participate in the Mississippi Association of Chiefs of Police 2017 Winter Conference. The conference will be December 11 to 15, 2017 in Starkville, Mississippi at The Mill Conference Center at the Courtyard Marriott.

Veteran former law enforcement officer and technology professional Michael McDonald, Intellicheck's business development manager for law enforcement solutions, and Director of Client Partnerships Keith Peters will be demonstrating the company's acclaimed Law ID and Age ID technology solutions on the conference floor.

"With the success and growing adoption of Age ID in the Mississippi law enforcement community, we are very excited to introduce Law ID to the Mississippi Association of Chiefs of Police. This cutting- edge technology solution takes its place beside Age ID as a vital tool at a time when law enforcement officers are facing ever-growing challenges. We are proud that Law ID is making a crucial difference in protecting the lives of law enforcement officers and the citizens they serve," according to Intellicheck Interim CEO Bill White.

Law ID is the leading threat identification and ID authentication technology solution for local, state and federal law enforcement personnel. It was named a must have public safety app for law enforcement in 2016. Law ID delivers real-time authentication of scanned driver licenses or other government issued IDs on a smartphone or tablet and queries law enforcement data sources, enabling law enforcement personnel to quickly view highlighted, vital query responses without losing contact with persons unknown to them during an encounter. Query responses include wanted person information, gang involvement, known or suspected terrorist data, violent felon information and other person-related records in the FBI's National Crime Information Center (NCIC) databases as well as Departments of Motor Vehicle information regarding an individual's driver license. Officers can also obtain vehicle registration data as well as check whether items officers encounter such as boats, weapons, vehicles, and vehicles license plates are reported stolen.

Age ID is widely recognized by many in law enforcement as the most effective identity authentication and age verification technology solution available. Law enforcement efforts to curtail access to age-restricted products like alcohol, tobacco and marijuana available at establishments such as bars, restaurants, retail establishments and age-restricted venues such as clubs and casinos, have become an increasingly difficult task. Technology has made fake and altered IDs so sophisticated that itis virtually impossible to spot them with old school methods like the human eye. Age ID reads the data encoded on driver licenses and other government issued IDs, verifying the authenticity of the ID and age information in real-time. It can be deployed on mobile devices including smartphones and tablets.
