Abbasi is a veteran of Silicon Valley with an established track record in high growth as well as turnaround success stories. Prior to Violin, Abbasi served as president for Roamware (now Mobileum) where he was responsible for restructuring and refocusing the company on a growth path. Prior to Roamware, Abbasi held the position of president and COO at Force10 Networks Inc. where he transformed the company into a major cloud computing powerhouse and led its acquisition by Dell in 2011

Before joining Force10, Abbasi held the position of senior vice president and COO/CIO for Redback Networks, Inc. where he directly contributed to the turnaround of the company's corporate operations functions that led to a $2.1B acquisition by Ericsson in 2006. Prior to that, Abbasi was the executive responsible for access product operations and a member of the executive team that grew Ascend Communications into a $24B acquisition target by Lucent Technologies.

Ms. Zukauckas, American Express EVP and Corporate Controller leads a global team of 750 employees in nearly 40 countries. She is a member of American Express' Global Management Team and sits on several American Express committees, including Enterprise Risk Management, Credit Reserve, Financial Disclosure, Basel, and Enterprise Data Governance. She is the past- President of FEI's NYC chapter and serves on FEI's Board of Directors at the national level.
