Kramer Levin Expands Corporate Practice With New Partners Todd Lenson and Jordan Rosenbaum


Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP announced today the addition of two new corporate and transactional partners, Todd E. Lenson and Jordan M. Rosenbaum, to the law firm's Corporate Department.

Mr. Lenson and Mr. Rosenbaum will continue to represent public companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, hedge funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and family offices and other family-owned businesses across all transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. Their clients range from S&P 500 companies to growing companies across a diverse group of industries and sectors, including energy, manufacturing, real estate, technology, media, sports and entertainment. Mr. Lenson will serve as Co-Chair of the firm's Capital Markets and Public Companies practice.

Mr. Lenson has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, private equity and venture capital. He advises strategic and financial clients on public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, going private transactions, leveraged buyouts, cross-border transactions, spinoffs, proxy contests, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He regularly represents issuers in a wide range of securities offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings and high-yield debt issuances. He also regularly advises boards of directors and C-level executives on transactional, executive compensation and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Rosenbaum's practice focuses on capital markets and securities, mergers and acquisitions, private and public securities offering and corporate reorganizations.

Both lawyers join Kramer Levin from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, where they were partners and Mr. Lenson served as Practice Group Leader of Stroock's Corporate Department, leading the firm's public company practice. Prior to joining Stroock, Mr. Rosenbaum was an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP.

Mr. Lenson holds a B.S. from Cornell University and graduated, cum laude, with a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Rosenbaum holds a B.A. from Columbia College at Columbia University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
