North American Risk Services, Inc. Announces Hire of New Chief Financial OfficerNorth American Risk Services, Inc. (NARS) has hired Andrew Charrette as its new Chief Financial Officer. Andrew will lead day-to-day finance operations by establishing and maintaining financial policies, procedures and controls. As a third-party administrator, NARS manages and reconciles hundreds of bank accounts on behalf of carrier partners. Andrew will work closely with clients on funding, reporting, forecasting and fee billing. By producing and maintaining the annual budget, he will allow NARS to more efficiently handle client needs.
