On Friday, November 3 at 1:30pm Pacific Time, Marcus Thomas, Chief Technology Officer of Subsentio®, the CALEA Compliance Company®, will participate in a BerkeleyLaw Symposium panel on "The Intersection of Technology and Criminal Justice." The panel is part of the day-long symposium, "Criminal Justice at a Crossroads."

The panel will be moderated by John Yoo, Emanuel S. Heller Professor of Law at UC Berkeley School of Law, and include Richard Salgado, Director for Information Security and Law Enforcement at Google (News - Alert), Inc., and other distinguished experts from the law enforcement and legal affairs community.
