Dataram Acquired by LTL GroupPRINCETON, N.J. and KATY, Texas, Nov. 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dataram Memory (“Dataram”), an independent producer of technology solutions for enterprise and data center environments, today announced that it has been acquired by and completed its integration with LTL Group based in Katy, Texas. In October, LTL Group acquired 100% of the ownership interest of Dataram from U.S. Gold Corp. David A. Moylan will remain with Dataram as President and CEO. Anthony M. Lougee will remain with Dataram as its CFO.
