FAST Holds Annual Customer Forum


FAST (News - Alert), a leading software company for the life and annuity industry, held its annual Customer Forum October 17 and 18.

Customers were able to engage with their peers, FAST staff and industry experts on best practices, process improvements at FAST and FAST's product development roadmap. A common theme for the sessions was "the digital journey" and how FAST is helping companies adapt in an increasingly digital world.

Highlights of the FAST Customer Forum included:

  • Case studies from three insurers sharing their perspectives on how the FAST platform is enabling their digital transformation
  • A roundtable of industry experts discussing best practices for modernization
  • Presentations from FAST leadership on the results our customers are seeing from our delivery procss improvements, and on the significant improvements we continue to make in our base system



"I was really pleased with the feedback we got from our customers. It's always great to hear their input in this kind of setting," said Tom Famularo, CEO of FAST. "The customers gave us very positive feedback on the forum as well."

"Now that we have a customer base of 15 insurers, there's more content and experiences to share," added Derek Sharron, FAST's vice president of account management. "We're looking forward to more customer webinars and events in the coming year."
