Wirecard, the international payment and internet technology provider, is collaborating with Staxter who will launch an innovative e-commerce and value-added service platform, soon. In its role as an acquirer, Wirecard will enable the German-based company to accept credit cards and alternative payment methods within the app. This means that common payment types such as Visa, Mastercard and Giropay, among others, can be accepted. Staxter is an app launching in Germany and UK during October that offers end customers a digital ecosystem to purchase and gift vouchers, coupons and online tickets without service fees.
