GIBC Digital Attracts Former Citigroup Global Fraud Head To Lead Fraud And Cyber PracticeNEW YORK, Sept. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- GIBC Digital announced today that it has hired Paul Dunlop to lead its Fraud and Cyber Practice Group. Mr. Dunlop will be responsible for building out the groups global capabilities, with an initial focus on New York, London, and Hong Kong. Prior to joining GIBC Digital, Paul was the Global Fraud Management Head at Citigroup, where he designed and led global enterprise fraud and financial-crimes-risk programs. Paul also architected industry-first programs at Travelers Insurance and has a prior career with the Metropolitan Police in London. As an advisory board member, Mr. Dunlop contributes to the LexisNexis Fraud Defense Network and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Cyber Policy & Risk Analysis. He holds a Bachelors degree in Work Based Studies (Law Enforcement & Crime Management) from Middlesex University and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
