Radian Expands BlitzDocs Use to Contract Underwriting Submissions

Radian (News - Alert) Guaranty Inc., the mortgage insurance (MI) subsidiary of Radian Group Inc. (NYSE:RDN), is expanding its use of Conduent Mortgage Services' BlitzDocs Collaboration Suite Electronic Loan Folder (eFolder) software to support contract underwriting documents. Radian customers can now submit contract underwriting orders and upload documents in addition to the disclosure and due diligence documents they have been submitting through BlitzDocs.

Through the BlitzDocs eFolder software Radian is able to simultaneously view, collaborate on, and share images, documents, and data with lenders and other partners. Customers are able to electronically interact with Radian on BlitzDocs' intelligent, collaborative network, which will provide immediate access to loan statuses and updates.
