To ease that transition, United Technologies Corporation (UTC) is introducing the Re-Empower Program designed to reignite careers. UTC's Re-Empower Program, in partnership with the Society of Women Engineers and iRelaunch, is for mid-career professionals who have taken two or more years away from work due to childcare, eldercare or career change. The paid, 16-week session will begin in January 2018 and is open to U.S.-based professionals with at least five years of experience. Participants will receive mentoring, coaching, and training from across United Technologies and its business units, and will be eligible for full-time employment upon successful completion of the program and based on performance. p>"We're always looking for the best talent, innovators and leaders.
