FormFast Connect extends the capabilities of Salesforce Health Cloud by allowing data to be collected in real-time via electronic forms (eForms) that patients complete from the convenience of their personal mobile device or computer.  FormFast Connect will help improve patient engagement and promote a more connected care experience.

Featuring an intuitive web interface, FormFast Connect provides a personalized view of all the steps and documents patients need to complete before admission or post discharge. As patients complete the eForms remotely, the data collected isinstantly visible to the care team. Providers can also monitor the completion of tasks to ensure patients are following care guidelines.  Through FormFast Connect, documentation is accelerated, delays are avoided, requirements are met, and users are more engaged and informed.
