Databricks Announces Jer Thorp As Keynote Speaker at Spark Summit Europe 2017SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Databricks, provider of the leading Unified Analytics Platform and founded by the team who created Apache Spark™, today announced Jer Thorp as a keynote speaker at the Spark Summit Europe event in October. Thorp will build on his experiences as National Geographic Explorer, NYU Adjunct Professor and Data-Artist-in-Residence at The New York Times.
