Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport and Rubrik Announce New Partnership
PALO ALTO, Calif. and LONDON, Sept. 12, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport and Rubrik, the Cloud Data Management company, today announced a new partnership. With data volumes, backup and recovery requirements becoming ever more demanding in Formula One, the team is investing in class-leading technology in order to stay ahead. Specifically, the team will be using a multi-node Rubrik cluster at their Brackley headquarters to protect their critical race data. Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport will also use Rubrik’s REST API (Application Programming Interface) to integrate with their current tools to analyze their data utilization.
