(TSXV:ILA) (“iLOOKABOUT” or “the Company”) today announced it has again expanded the number of municipal clients to which it has licensed its Real Property Tax Analytics (“RPTA”) software as part of their comprehensive assessment based management programs.  The Cities of Newmarket, Port Hope, Toronto, Waterloo and Greater Sudbury now join many of their municipal colleagues with access to a powerful property assessment analytics and software platform that combines the data attributes of more than 5.1 million properties in Ontario.  The integration of mapping, aerial and street level imagery, insightful comparable modeling and the ability to generate predictive valuations using algorithms proprietary to iLOOKABOUT brings a unique new tool set to the desk tops of Treasurers and Assessment Review Officers for reviewing and analyzing a municipality's assessment roll.
