With two locations, Dallas and Balch Springs, Foremost Family Health Centers will open its schedule to serve evacuated families of Hurricane Harvey with comprehensive medical, dental, and counseling services. Walk-ins are welcomed. Foremost Family Health Centers accepts most health plans and offers a sliding fee scale. Two Locations: MLK, Jr. - 2922-B Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Dallas, TX, 75215. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am-7:00pm. Balch Springs - 3515 Shepherd Lane, Balch Springs, TX, 75180. Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm.
