Berkley Medical Management Systems Set to Launch Jopari Solutions ProPay

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Aug. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Berkley Medical Management Systems (BMMS), a Berkley company, is implementing a comprehensive payment platform from Jopari Solutions that gives BMMS staff, medical providers, and claimants increased options for processing remittances.

Jopari's ProPay suite of tools allows users to more effectively manage their claims-payment processes while reducing the dependency on paper checks and supporting documents, according to Steve Stevens, CEO of Jopari Solutions.

The ProPay product offers the traditional method of issuing checks and explanation of reimbursement/benefits and also layers of EFT, Electronic Remittanc Advices (ERAs), as well as payment card capabilities, payment portals for self-service access to payment information and EFT enrollment. The product lets those receiving payments designate a reimbursement method in advance or make modifications. This flexibility ensures users are paid in a manner that best meets their needs rather than through a one-size-fits-all approach.

The ProPay portals also provide payees with self-service access payment data so that claims or customer service staff are not burdened with requests for copies of checks, remittance information, or status.
