Kubota Engine America Optimizes Warranty Management with Mize Warranty Software

TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Mize, a leading provider of connected customer experience platform and warranty management software, today announced that Kubota Engine America (KEA) had completed the roll out of Mize Warranty software (mWarranty) to manage warranty with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Distributors, and Dealers.  

Kubota Engine receives warranty claims OEM customers in different formats.  mWarranty maps and uploads claims to automate the claims process. Distributor and dealer partners can submit warranty claims online.  Return Material Authorizations (RMA) automatically generated, and shipping labels are created by integrating with UPS.  mWarranty also automates the process of sharing the warranty claims with the parent Kubota Corporation.
