"Biniam Gebre has extensive experience navigating complex organizations and building effective partnerships," said David Moskovitz, chief executive of Accenture Federal Services. "As agencies explore new ways to serve their customers and achieve their missions, Biniam's expertise as both an advisor and government leader will be indispensable in helping our government clients apply next generation insights driven by data analysis, intelligent automation and artificial intelligence to revolutionize service delivery and redefine their relationship with the citizen."

While at McKinsey, Gebre designed and co-founded the McKinsey Center for Government and led the Capabilities for Execution initiative, which focused on client capability building. He worked with multiple agencies and financial institutions to enhance operational/organizational performance, completing more than 60 projects in 20 countries, focusing on risk management, lean operations, mortgage banking and public finance.
