Simple Booth Launches, Introduces Ecosystem of Photo Products, Apps and Services Designed for the Experience Economy

Simple Booth, provider of location-based digital photo experiences, officially launched today with parties at three SPiN ping pong clubs in New York, Chicago and San Francisco. Simple Booth builds an ecosystem of products and apps to empower people and businesses of every size to create digital photo experiences via a social platform that allows users to discover and map their experiences at locations and events that utilize Simple Booth products. Guests at Simple Booth's invite-only launch events demoed Simple Booth's products, including Simple Booth HALO, and witnessed the debut of the new HALO LiveFeed feature and new "Simple Booth" app for iPhone (News - Alert).

Flying under the public radar, but fueling photo experiences across the world since 2016, Simple Booth's products are designed to promote Experience Economy values, providing a platform that lets consumers and businesses meld their real-world and digital moments and memories authentically. Simple Booth Co-Founders Mark Hennings (CEO) and Jeremy Cox (News - Alert) (COO), and a team of 18 employees deliver modern photo solutions to brands like W Hotels, Pigment, Andrew Murray Vineyards, Bai, Brown-Forman and Jack Morton that meet the increasing demand for quality social media content for both consumers and businesses.

"We started by reimagining photo booths for the modern age. Today, we're building a platform and community around location-based digital photo experiences. We want to help people capture social experiences with each other and their favorite brands using products that are fun and simple," said Hennings. "Simple Booth's credo is the best things in life are shared. We're part of a new breed of technology and social apps that are designed to encourage a shared experience, not just a lonely selfie."

"We are at a critical juncture where the digital world is impacting the offline, or IRL (in real life), world. We're experiencing URL meets IRL," said Cox, who also founded My Event Is The Bomb, which Simple Booth acquired in July 2016 to extend its events and services offerings. "This helped spur the rise of the Experience Economy, which is founded largely on social media and the 'fear of missing out' it can inspire. People are hungry for digitally-driven, real-life experiences and want to engage with each other and with companies more authentically. Brands must create magical moments that give people things to do, rather than just pushing more products on them."

SPiN, a customer and partner of Simple Booth, is a network of international ping pong social clubs that combines a mixture of sport, design and entertainment with the vision of energizing people through art, music and events. SPiN will integrate Simple Boothproducts in their new and existing locations in New York, Chicago and San Francisco throughout 2018.

"SPiN has been a partner with and customer of Simple Booth over two years now," said Gregory Godfrey, marketing director, SPiN Global. "We are proud to be an early adopter of Simple Booth HALO in our clubs in Chicago, New York City and San Francisco. Our customers love using HALOs to document their experiences at SPiN, and we can't wait to implement permanent HALO installations in our ping pong social venues as we expand nationwide in 2018."

SPiN is part of Simple Booth's roster of more than 20,000 customers in a broad range of industries including entertainment, hospitality, retail, beauty, food and beverage, as well as top tier advertising agencies.
