Corinne Crncich of the San Francisco Business Times, center, is one of over 250 real estate industry bike riders expected to re-enlist at the annual City of Hope fundraiser event on Oct. 20, 2017 near Petaluma, CA (News - Alert).

Sponsorship opportunities are still available to be included on jerseys and certain collateral.

"We are thrilled to continue as the Presenting Sponsor for this year's City of Hope Bike to Hope event," says Bruce Wright, vice president and principal of SB Architects. "Since our founding, we have felt the only mission worth pursuing in business is to make people's lives better. Our passion and commitment to architectural design excellence, paired with our continued involvement with Bike to Hope and giving back to a great cause, allows us to fulfill this mission."

Bike to Hope will feature two course options, a metric century and a half-metric century, to cater to the industry's seasoned as well as casual riders alike. Both routes will take the cyclists through the back roads of Sonoma County, culminating with celebratory brews and barbecue at Penngrove Park.

"We have dozens of folks already signed up, so I encourage interested sponsors and riders to sign up immediately," says ride chair Wally Naylor of Pankow Builders. "It's great networking, too, in a sport that's called 'the new golf.' The camaraderie of friends and new acquaintances among hundreds of people and dozens of companies makes for an added benefit."

Riders will be equipped with an automatically-generated personalized fundraising website, enabling them to raise additional funds from their peers to benefit City of Hope' cancer and diabetes programs.

"Our Northern California Real Estate & Construction Council is dedicated to finding a cure for cancer and other life-threatening diseases. The personalized websites enable us to generate even more donations to City of Hope and that is exactly what Bike to Hope is about," says Naylor.

Along with SB Architects and Hudson Pacific, other top sponsors to date include construction firms Nibbi Brothers General Contractors, Pankow Builders, Cooper Pugeda, Hensel-Phelps, Hansel-Phelps, Plant Construction Company, Romak, Sunset Development Co., Trammel Crow Residential and WCI-GC - with room for more. Sponsorship levels are available and include branding and marketing opportunities on jerseys, media and collateral, as well as other visibility.
