Proposed Sony Xperia Class Action Settlement Preliminarily Approved

A proposed nationwide class action settlement has been preliminarily approved by a federal court in New York involving Sony Mobile Communications (U.S.A.), Inc. and Sony Electronics, Inc. concerning the alleged waterproof capabilities of certain Xperia smartphones and tablets.  Sony denies the allegations.
