CSI Announces Retirement of R. Stanley Eckenberg

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI (News - Alert)) (OTCQX: CSVI) announced today that R. Stanley Eckenberg, the company's president, plans to retire in June 2018.

Eckenberg joined CSI in 1992 and has held numerous leadership positions during that time. Throughout his tenure with the company, Eckenberg has helped guide the company's strategic growth plans, which has included increasing the company's bank core processing market share and expanding its cloud-based solutions for financial institutions.

"Stan has served the company in many roles for the past 25 years, and we are excited that he has reached this milestone in hs career," said Steve Powless, CSI's chairman and chief executive officer. "He has been heavily involved in executing the strategy that has allowed CSI to emerge as an industry-leading fintech company serving 2,700 customers in the U.S. and 20 foreign countries, and we are grateful for the indelible impression he's made on our company."

As Eckenberg plans for retirement, CSI has identified a succession plan for its leadership team. In April 2017, CSI promoted David Culbertson to the role of chief operating officer; he will succeed Eckenberg and assume the role of president and chief operating officer in June.

"For nearly three decades, David has continually proven himself as a strategic leader who understands both the competitive fintech market and CSI's unique position within it," Powless said. "Having someone of David's caliber prepared to step into Stan's position ensures a smooth transition for our customers, shareholders and employees."
