Paul Mankoo Appointed Inventus Chief Executive Officer


CHICAGO, Aug. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Inventus, a leading international discovery management provider, today announced that Paul Mankoo has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1. Mr. Mankoo had served as President of Inventus since February 2017, and after having led the Company's international business since 2015.

Mr. Mankoo has over 20 years of entrepreneurial and technical experience within both the legal and corporate markets. He has established, built, and divested four successful companies, including UNIFIED, which was acquired by Inventus in 2015. Further, he advises corporate and legal services clients about eDiscovery and litigation support processes. His broad knowledge base has been acquired through the provisioning of legal process outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and information technology services on a global basis. A certified eDiscovery specialist, Mr. Mankoo is also a member of the Society for Computers and Law and The International Association of Privacy Professionals. He holds a BA Honours degree in Business Studies and Information Technology.

Executive Promotions and ew Hires



The Company also announced several executive promotions and new hires.

Noel Kilby, who has served as Chief Technology Officer since 2015, assumes the role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Kilby has received industry-wide recognition for his in-depth technical knowledge as well as his unrivaled project experience. Additionally, he has considerable experience in software development, including the creation of a suite of eDiscovery applications.


Melanie White has been promoted to Senior Vice President, US Operations, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Discovery Solutions. Ms. White joined Inventus in 2015 with over 15 years of experience in eDiscovery. Previously, she worked with Huron Consulting Group, where she grew and scaled that company's global hosting teams by 30% in the US, UK, and India. Ms. White excels at driving operational efficiency, creating highly effective client delivery teams, and scaling groups working across the EDRM. 

Johan Botha has been promoted to Senior Vice President, EMEA after previously serving as Senior Director in the international business. In this role, Mr. Botha will lead international business operations for the Company across the region. Mr. Botha has over 17 years of experience in litigation and regulatory matters. Prior to Inventus, he led the creation and management of an eDiscovery unit at Herbert Smith Freehills, and worked for 12 years at Clifford Chance where he gained extensive knowledge and management experience in eDiscovery technologies and strategic planning of review projects. 

Jerry Bui has joined the Company as US Director of Forensics, with responsibility for all digital forensic services and evidence collection for investigation and litigation matters. Mr. Bui has over 15 years of experience working for top-tier consulting firms and providing services in digital forensics, eDiscovery, and data analytics.

Jérôme Torres Lozano has joined the Company as the Director of Professional Services of the international business. Mr. Torres Lozano has over 15 years' experience in eDisclosure and computer forensics, first with Kroll Ontrack and later with Consilio. While at Consilio, he led the company's project management teams and worked with global clients advising them on the technical and workflow aspects of their eDisclosure needs.
