The marketing campaign utilized a strategy of deploying a series of three emails, featuring high-touch and high-affinity member-personalized videos. This successful approach showcased Affinion's knowledge and experience with delivering top-rated products and partnering with highly rated carriers to fuel credit union growth. The Single Channel Campaign category placed all strategy and creative emphasis on one marketing media to drive response. When creating the Information Package, Affinion focused on three key selling points to create a profitable direct-to-consumer mail campaign: powerful product positioning, ease of enrollment, and the insurance company's brand.
