Universal Display Corporation Directors Announce Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.03 per Share


Universal Display Corporation (Nasdaq: OLED), enabling energy-efficient displays and lighting with its UniversalPHOLED® technology and materials, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a third quarter cash dividend of $0.03 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2017. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
