The company was started in Houston in 1982, with founders Rich Johnson and Terry Dickson as the only employees, and has grown to nearly 200 employees, 80 local consultants, and offices across the state.

The company's new corporate headquarters, at Remington Square Business Park, will house a state-of-the-art Network Operations Center for its Managed Services practice, a Customer Experience Center, staging facility, and the latest in Cisco collaboration technologies.
