Internet Enabled Data Loggers from Measurement ComputingMeasurement Computing Corporation announces the release of WebDAQ internet enabled data loggers. WebDAQ devices offer a complete and easy-to-use remote data acquisition solution. In an age of mobile applications and connected devices, the ability to access data remotely is more important than ever. WebDAQ offers a new data logger architecture that allows configuration and access to the data from anywhere in the world. With an embedded web server, users can configure and run simple to complex data logging operations, log data, set alarm conditions, and view the data in real-time from anywhere on an internet-enabled device. Each device includes 3GB of internal storage, SD card input, and support for USB flash drives. Data can be viewed and downloaded remotely and can be converted to .CSV® files compatible with Microsoft (News - Alert)® Excel® and other analysis software. The WebDAQ supports both triggers and alarms to respond to event conditions, control digital outputs, and send notifications through email or SMS messages. The WebDAQ Series provides an all-in-one package with no software to load, and no additional hardware to buy. The WebDAQ web server is optimized for both desktop and mobile devices. Users can perform acquisition tasks from phones, tablets and laptops with a single, intuitive user interface. The WebDAQ 316 temperature logger features 16 thermocouple inputs with up to a 75 S/s sample ate. The WebDAQ 504 vibration/acoustic logger offers four IEPE inputs for direct accelerometer or microphone measurements and a 51 kS/s per channel sample rate. Both models provide 24-bit resolution plus four digital I/O for triggering and alarming functions. The WebDAQ 316 is available now. The WebDAQ 504 vibration/acoustic logger will be available later in 2017. More models will follow next year.
