ML Strategies Welcomes Massachusetts Legislator Brian Dempsey as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer


Veteran legislator Brian S. Dempsey, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, is joining ML Strategies, a wholly-owned consulting subsidiary of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo P.C. Mr. Dempsey will serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) starting in September 2017. He will be based in the firm's Boston office.

Mr. Dempsey has served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives since 1991 and in his current position as House Chairman of the Committee on Waysand Means for seven consecutive budget cycles. His time in office has included such other leadership roles as House Chairman of the Joint Committee on Public Service; Chairman of the House Committee on Science and Technology; House Chairman of the Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy; and House Chairman of the Committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies.
