Tegrita Consulting Group has partnered with NHL team the Arizona Coyotes to identify their accomplishments with Oracle Marketing Cloud through Oracle Eloqua (News - Alert). Prior to implementing Oracle Eloqua, the Coyotes lacked data integration and automation, behavior-based communications and personalized content, and had a difficult time growing beyond simple push campaigns. In addition, they had a high churn rate and their database was stagnant. Ben Wang, Director of Business Analytics for the Arizona Coyotes, chose Oracle (News - Alert) Eloqua over other platforms to complement their goal of achieving a unique fan experience that required personalization, segmentation, and robust capabilities for data-point integration.

Tegrita and the Coyotes successfully implemented a sophisticated data integration project between MSCRM, Data Warehouse, and Oracle Eloqua, working on highly technical development in JQuery (among other development tasks). Further, Tegrita enabled the Coyotes with direct Oracle Eloqua training and armed them with knowledge of the industry's best practices.
