MDA Chairman of the Board Robert L. Phillips to receive Institute of Corporate Directors Fellowship Award


VANCOUVER, June 22, 2017 /CNW/ - MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. Phillips, chairman of the MDA board of directors, will receive the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) Fellowship Award at its annual gala on June 22, 2017 in Toronto.

Created in 1997, the ICD Fellowship Awards are the highest distinction for corporate directors. Nominated by their peers and selected by an independent committee that evaluates a wide range of criteria, ICD Fellows are individuals who have made outstanding ontributions to Canadian enterprises and not-for-profit organizations through sound corporate governance leadership inside and outside of the boardroom. Across the country, 81 Canadian corporate directors have previously received this award.
