Former Harris Corporation Government Services Business Expands Executive Team with Three New Hires


Stu Shea, CEO of MHVC Acquisition Corporation, formerly Harris Corporation's Government Services business, has named three new executives with strong experience in the national security sector to his leadership team. Jeremy Wensinger has been named chief operating officer (COO), James Winner chief legal officer and general counsel, and Robert Giannetta chief information officer (CIO). As previously announced, the company will soon launch its new brand.

Wensinger was most recently principal at Augusta (News - Alert) Management Strategies. He was president of PAE's National Security and Solutions business following his service as COO of GTSI, and chairman and president of Cobham Defense Systems. He spent 20 years with Harris Corporation, where he served as president ofthe IT Services business and group president of the Government Communications Systems (News - Alert) division. He serves on the advisory board of the University of South Florida School of Business.



Winner comes from GardaWorld Federal Services, where he was chief legal officer and general counsel. Earlier, he served in division general counsel positions for Northrop Grumman (News - Alert), ITT Corporation and Exelis Inc. He also practiced law with Barnes & Thornburg LLP and worked as in-house counsel for Rolls-Royce Corporation and Cummins Inc. Winner is a U.S. Air Force veteran and a board member of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. He was named the 2016 National Capital Region Outstanding Chief Legal Officer by the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Giannetta's last position was as a partner for technology advisory services at CAUSA Talent Source, a professional services firm. Previously, he was vice president and CIO of the professional services contractor, USIS. His earlier career included management roles at Nextel, Sprint, and BAE Systems (News - Alert), where he eventually was a vice president and business technology officer. Giannetta is a U.S. Navy veteran and serves on the board of directors for Operation Homefront.
