– Multi-year Canadian NFL broadcast extension sees NFL football in Canada air on TSN, CTV, CTV Two, and RDS, with featured games in all of the league's broadcast windows –

TORONTO, June 7, 2017 /CNW/ - Bell Media and the National Football League (NFL) today announced a multi-year rights agreement extension that makes Bell Media the exclusive broadcast partner of the NFL in Canada. With featured games in all of the league's broadcast windows airing across Bell Media properties, the partnership also features expanded digital opportunities which include syndication rights for NFL highlights in Canada, as well as expanded footage and programming rights to further bolster Bell Media's non-game NFL-focused content.

The expanded agreement also includes the NFL's THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL package, which will air on TSN and CTV Two for the first time, and return to RDS, beginning with the 2017 season. With the addition of THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL, TSN and RDS further strengthen their NFL programming, with primetime content three nights a week from the powerful NFL brand.

With the new agreement, NFL coverage on Bell Media now includes:

  • Thursday Night regular-season games, airing on TSN/CTV Two and RDS
  • Sunday at 1 p.m. regular-season games, airing on TSN, CTV, and RDS
  • Sunday  at 4 p.m. regular-season games, airing on TSN, CTV, and RDS
  • Sunday Night regular-season games, airing on TSN/CTV Two and RDS
  • Monday Night regular-season games, airing on TSN and RDS
  • All Playoff Games
  • The Super Bowl
