Jive Software Cancels First Quarter 2017 Earnings Release And Conference Call

CAMPBELL, Calif., May 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Jive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: JIVE), the leading provider of modern communication and collaboration solutions for business, today announced that it has cancelled the release of its first quarter financial results for the period ended March 31, 2017 due to the pending merger with ESW Capital, LLC, through its affiliate Wave Systems, to become a part of the Aurea family of companies that was previously announced on May 1, 2017. In addition, Jive will no longer hold its first quarter results conference call that had been scheduled for Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. EST / 2:00 p.m. PST.
